G. Applications Submitted to the Historic District Commission - HDC Cases
Applications for Certificate of Appropriateness
Nearly all changes in the exterior appearance of a building or site located within a Local Historic District shall require Commission approval, in the form of a Certificate of Appropriateness issued by the Commission.
The required documentation is provided with the Application, and unless otherwise determined by the Commission must contain the following:
- Photographs
- Site Plan
- Floor Plans
- Roof Plan
- Elevations and Sections
- Detail Drawings
- Manufacturer's product literature and specifications
- Zoning Compliance/Non-Compliance
- Model (optional)
