Requesting Certified Copies by Mail
Certified copies of birth, death and marriage records may be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office at Belmont Town Hall as far back as 1859. You may appear in-person during normal business hours or submit a written or online request. All written requests must include payment; the cost is $20 per certified copy.
For requests outside of business hours, a requester may place the payment and request details in an envelope in the Town Clerk's secure drop box located at the base of the stairs to Town Hall, parking lot level.
