• McLean Zone 3: 34 affordable units (rental and ownership) and rentals for seniors and families (Project Pending)

• Habitat for Humanity Home Construction
• Waverley Woods:40 units Affordable rental units
• The Royal Belmont : 298 Affordable rental units
