Along with regular curbside trash and recycling pickup, Belmont offers yard waste pickup from April to mid-December. Yard waste pickup will begin the week of April 7, 2025, and will be picked up every other week on your recycle day. Starting October 27 and until December 11, 2025, yard waste will be picked up every week on your trash day. As with all curbside trash and recycle pickup, yard waste must be out before 7am to guarantee pickup.
*The high volume of yard waste collected during the period that it is picked up every week (between October 27 and December 11) can lead to delays in pickup. If your yard waste is missed on the scheduled day, please leave it out and notify the DPW by calling 617-993-2680. Thank you*
