List of Properties with Assessments - Sorted by Address

The Assessment Report is a listing of all the properties in the Town sorted by street name. It lists the:

  1. Identifier, also known as map and parcel and suffice and unit
  2. Name, of first owner
  3. Mailing address
  4. Class of property, of which 91% of properties are:
    1. 101 single family dwelling
    2. 102 condominium
    3. 104 2-family dwelling
    4. 105 3-family dwelling
  5. Neighborhood, aka location code
  6. Land (lot size)
  7. Total Living Area (TLA)
  8. Current Assessment

As each assessment report is created and available for the new fiscal year, every year usually from mid-December to early-January, after the new fiscal year assessments have been approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, a new fiscal year assessment report will be added to the list.
