Volunteer Opportunities
The Town of Belmont is always looking for interested residents to fill certain volunteer positions. Please look below to see which opportunities are currently available.
- Committee Member: Residents are needed for a variety of volunteer committees. The time commitment and required skills vary from committee to committee. Appointments are typically made during the summer or as vacancies arise. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis and kept on file for one year.
- Minuteman School Committee Member Job Description
- Spotlight Photographer: We need pictures of Belmont for use on our website and in Town Publications. Credit will be given to the photographer. Please send digital copies of any pictures you would like to submit to selectboard@belmont-ma.gov
- Eagle Scouts / Community Service: Students enrolled in Eagle Scouts and other programs are required to perform community service projects. Various Town Departments will sometimes have opportunities for students to earn these hours. If you are interested in volunteering please e-mail selectboard@belmont-ma.gov
